Twelve sharing circles dedicated to the Earth Spirit / Mother Nature.
January 22nd
Spend some time with the earth, listening, connecting and bathing in the beautiful golden-rose light of the earth spirit. Listen to any messages you may receive, or just allow yourself some time with the Earth Mother / Spirit. This month's circle aligns with the sun rising with the stars of Capricornus, and Aquila the Eagle leads the sunrise. This is a good time of year to make prayer feathers; to connect with and send blessings to the 8 winds, to the birds, animals, trees and four elements. This moon cycle is under the protection of the earth guardians, and protectors of the crystal and mineral kingdoms so it is also a good opportunity to thank and receive inspiration from the stones, crystals and mineral kingdom.
A wonderful time of year for making the most of the earth's proximity to the sun and the nurturing light that is responsive to loving prayers.
February 22nd
This circle is at the time of the newly crescent moon, as the sun rises with the stars of Aquarius the Water Carrier. Blessings of the Waters, all springs, wells, rivers, lakes and freshwater, together with an appreciation of the clouds, rain and the elements are auspiciously connected to this time.
March 26th
This circle might include a beautiful attunement to the earth, grounding the recent light from the equinox. Visualise the earth surrounded and protected by a shield of light and send love to the earth, setting the intention to share in the unfolding journey of Gaia / Pachamama, perhaps greeting the sunrise each day.
April 26th
This one is all about the four elements and four directions, the four archangelic protectors and guardians of the four winds. In this circle, try to become aware of how the elements around you dance and weave the landscape. Thank each element in turn, and each direction in turn. Thank the Earth Mother for the nourishing soil, new growth and send love into the four directions, with a prayer for peace, love and light to each one.
May 24th
An earth talk circle to listen to the Earth Spirit and spend time in joyous celebration for all her gifts - thanking the pollinators of the flowers and sending love out to them. In a few days' time, there will be a bright 'blue' moon as the second full moon of May. Pass round a "talking stick" and share ideas of creativity, inspiration, and ways to help live more closely with the earth.
June 28th
An earth talk and listening circle with a focus on the planet as one global human family, brothers and sisters with the animals, birds, trees, insects, ocean relatives, everyone on the circle of life, somewhere we all take a place in the rainbow, united to protect the Earth, our home. What does the Earth say to you today?
July 28th
Song time! A lovely time to share songs, poetry, stories inspired by the Earth and nature generally, followed by a meditation with the Earth, listening to any guidance that may arrive in the form of bird, animal, insect or star messengers.
August 23rd
Spend some time in nature, enjoy the sunlight, completely relax and let yourself be filled with the light of the sun and the earth. Breathe in the air and cherish it. Enjoy the colours of flowers, earth tones, greenery and blue sky. Visualise light, love and joy to the rivers and ocean.
September 27th
This one is for the trees and fungal network that weaves the roots of the trees and plants, sustaining and underpinning our entire planet. As the fungi start to appear, send love to them, they will listen and relay your prayers to the earth. Be open to receiving any blessings in the coming days. Feel a deep sense of belonging, like coming home.
October 25th
An earth talk and listening circle where there may be potential for working with the angelic earth guardians and spirits of land, sea and sky, asking for guidance and sending love to the animals and into the centre of the earth.
November 22nd
This circle may be aligned to the ancestors and to the stars, as the Pleiades reach midnight culmination at this time. A beautiful time to perform a thanksgiving circle and to share wisdom and stories gained from being in nature.
December 27th
This galactically aligned circle of celebration, love and light is to give thanks to the sun, earth, moon and stars, to the entire Tree of Life with roots in the earth and branches in the heavens.
